How to break the habit *
All smokers have learnt to be smokers through consistent practice which then becomes a habit. Habits are run automatically, like programmes, by the unconscious mind.
Hypnotherapy is able to re-programme the unconscious mind so that the new habit of not smoking is set up. Hypnotherapy also helps people to relax and any new habit or skill is easier to learn when we are relaxed.
